Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEDD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEDD1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher NEDD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEDD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
GBM, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NEDD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
