NEDD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,918 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP20, KNTC1, and CDC6. Each is linked with NEDD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD1-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEDD1 versus UTP20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
