NEDD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,921 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD62A, MIR367, and RNU6-455P. Each is linked with NEDD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD1-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD62A grouped by NEDD1-low versus NEDD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
