Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,759 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Nuclear chromosome segregation. Each is linked with NEDD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD1-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD1 results are reported.
