Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NECTIN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NECTIN2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NECTIN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NECTIN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where NECTIN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
