Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,506 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R37, AZU1, and ELANE. Each is linked with NECTIN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN2-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN2 results are reported.
