Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NECTIN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NECTIN1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NECTIN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NECTIN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC are the cancer types where NECTIN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
