NECTIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, GZMK, and CCR2. Each is linked with NECTIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECTIN1 versus SLAMF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
