Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NECAP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NECAP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NECAP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NECAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where NECAP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
