Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,448 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPZB, NADK, and DOCK10_T1440. Each is linked with NECAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NECAP2 results are reported.
