NECAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,552 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL21R, and CD33. Each is linked with NECAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NECAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAP2 versus GRAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
