Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NECAB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NECAB2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NECAB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NECAB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where NECAB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
