NECAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,010 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, MAP2, and MAP2_S1480. Each is linked with NECAB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB2-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAB2 versus UCHL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
