Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NECAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGES3, ARPC3, and VPS29. Each is linked with NECAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAB1 versus PTGES3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
