NECAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5D3P, PACRG-AS2, and NICN2P. Each is linked with NECAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5D3P grouped by NECAB1-low versus NECAB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
