The most reproducible NECAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway, Ligand-gated ion channel signaling pathway, and Ionotropic glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NECAB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB1 results are reported.
