NEAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,696 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, MPO, and RUFY1_S165. Each is linked with NEAT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NEAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEAT1 versus IFT140 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
