NEAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-7D, SEPTIN14P17, and RNU6-1315P. Each is linked with NEAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NEAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2OR2-7D grouped by NEAT1-low versus NEAT1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
