NDUFV2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFV2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,328 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFV2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMCHD1, RNMT, and USP14. Each is linked with NDUFV2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFV2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFV2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFV2 versus SMCHD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
