NDUFV2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFV2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51A7, RNA5SP419, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with NDUFV2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFV2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFV2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51A7 grouped by NDUFV2-low versus NDUFV2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
