Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFV2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFV2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, SMCHD1, and ZNF24. Each is linked with NDUFV2-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFV2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFV2-AS1 results are reported.
