NDUFS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MOCS2, DHX29, and NLN. Each is linked with NDUFS4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS4 versus MOCS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
