NDUFS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND1P26, OR10T2, and RNU4-28P. Each is linked with NDUFS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND1P26 grouped by NDUFS4-low versus NDUFS4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
