Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP3K8_S141, FEN1, and MCM2. Each is linked with NDUFS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS3 results are reported.
