Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFC2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher NDUFC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
