NDUFC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,226 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A8, PLEKHA7_S903, and PLOD3. Each is linked with NDUFC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC2 versus S100A8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
