The most reproducible NDUFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB10, LILRB3, and MAP7D3. Each is linked with NDUFC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC2 results are reported.
