NDUFC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,061 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDUFA10, NDUFA8, and NDUFA9. Each is linked with NDUFC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC2 versus NDUFA10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
