NDUFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, OR52X1P, and TIMM9P1. Each is linked with NDUFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by NDUFC2-low versus NDUFC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
