Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Asparaginyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, and Maintenance of Golgi location. Each is linked with NDUFC2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC2 results are reported.
