Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAUR, SLC43A3, and MMP14. Each is linked with NDUFB7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB7 versus PLAUR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
