Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB4P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,894 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB4P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synaptic vesicle endocytosis, Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with NDUFB4P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB4P5-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB4P5 results are reported.
