Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFB4P12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFB4P12 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NDUFB4P12 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFB4P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NDUFB4P12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
