NDUFB4P10

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFB4P10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of NDUFB4P10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where NDUFB4P10 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types NDUFB4P10 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.

THCA, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NDUFB4P10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
