NDUFB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNHIT6, CAPRIN1, and HSPD1. Each is linked with NDUFB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB3 versus ZNHIT6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
