Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,725 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, SLC43A3, and COG5. Each is linked with NDUFB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB3 versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
