Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFB2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher NDUFB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and SKCM are the cancer types where NDUFB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
