NDUFB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,919 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4H, PEX1, and UBE3C. Each is linked with NDUFB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB2 versus EIF4H in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
