Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,239 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, TCTA, and CLTRN. Each is linked with NDUFB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB2 versus CAVIN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
