Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB10P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,729 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB10P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with NDUFB10P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB10P2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB10P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by NDUFB10P2-low versus NDUFB10P2-high in STAD.
