Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centrosome duplication, Constitutive heterochromatin formation, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with NDUFAF7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF7 results are reported.
