Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFAF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFAF6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher NDUFAF6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFAF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and LUSC are the cancer types where NDUFAF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
