The most reproducible NDUFAF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12B, NBN, and NUDCD1. Each is linked with NDUFAF6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF6-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF6 results are reported.
