Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFAF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,979 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDP-mannose biosynthetic process, GDP-mannose metabolic process, and Pyrimidine-containing compound biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NDUFAF3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF3-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF3 results are reported.
