Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFAF2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDUFAF2P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NDUFAF2P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFAF2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PRAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUAD, and KICH are the cancer types where NDUFAF2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
