Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFAF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFAF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NDUFAF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFAF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and LUSC are the cancer types where NDUFAF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
