Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,134 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB1, DSE, and HSPA9. Each is linked with NDUFAF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF2 versus ITGB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
