NDUFAF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,930 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA9, SUPV3L1, and TRAP1. Each is linked with NDUFAF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF2 versus HSPA9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
