NDUFAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1227, GPN3P1, and CKS1BP6. Each is linked with NDUFAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1227 grouped by NDUFAF2-low versus NDUFAF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
