NDUFAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P41, NPVF, and TAAR6. Each is linked with NDUFAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P41 grouped by NDUFAB1-low versus NDUFAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
